Prescription Requests

Anima is currently not equipped to receive prescription requests. Please order your repeat prescriptions in your usual way - by using the NHS app, SystmOnline or posting in the prescription boxes.

Braithwell Dispensing Patients - Please take your prescription requests to the surgery as normal.

We operate from three sites in total, as detailed below. Registered patients are welcome to attend at whichever site is most convenient for them. However please note that there are some differences in the way we can provide services at the differing sites. It is helpful to avoid confusion if you always explain to the reception staff which site you normally attend when making appointments.

Please be aware that all telephone calls to our Wickersley surgery are recorded for training and monitoring purposes.

Please be mindful when telephoning to book an appointment that our telephones lines are busiest in a morning. Unless your enquiry is urgent then please delay contacting us until after 4.00pm.

At busy times of the day, they may be unavailable to take your call. If this is the case, you will be given the opportunity to leave a voicemail message, and they will be happy to return your call.
