Friends & Family Test Results - JULY

Thank you to everyone who shared their 'Friends and Family' test results with us. 91% of you said that we were Good or Very Good. We are so pleased, everyday we try hard to help you get the right service for your needs.
A few patients commented that they found it difficult to book appointments via the telephone. Unfortunately, our telephone lines are extremely busy. We have recently employed an additional member of staff to assist with answering calls in a morning, this is the busiest time of day for calls. Recent feedback has shown that is helping alleviate the waiting time on the telephones.
In addition to this our online bookable appointments are now available again and these are available to book from 8am in a morning, here you can find same day and advance appointments. This also helps alleviate the telephone lines as patients with online access can book on the app rather than calling us.
