What can you do online?
Order repeat prescriptions
Did you know you can now order your repeat prescriptions online by registering with us to use the service.
This would save you time, by not having to come into surgery or contact the pharmacy. You can check the status of your prescription to see if it has been done, order medication up to 7 days before it is due.
Also, if you nominate a chemist your prescription will either go electronically or be collect by your chosen local pharmacy.
Make or cancel appointments
You can make and cancel appointments online.
Anima Health - SIGN IN
Anima. The fastest way to get the care you need. Submit a medical or admin request and get the help you need without waiting for an appointment. Submit a request.
Anima is currently not equipped to receive prescription requests. Please order your repeat prescriptions in your usual way - by using the NHS app, SystmOnline or posting in the prescription boxes.
View your summary information & medical records
You will be able to see your summary information (medication, allergies & adverse reactions)
You can also view your detailed coded information within your medical records, including test results.

Registering for SystmOne (Our clinical system)
Airmid
Airmid gives you access to your full medical records, and reduces the need for face-to-face appointments.
If you would like to register for online service please complete the registration forms and you must bring photo ID with you.
Under 11yrs old
Parents can have proxy access up to 11yrs old. You will have access to online appointments and repeat prescription requests.

11 – 16yr old
Proxy access to online appointments and repeat prescriptions only.
The child can grant proxy access to parents if there are deemed competent (taking into consideration coercion and understanding this will be in place until they turn 16yr old or they request removal of services). This will be assessed on a case by case basis.
When the child reaches 16yrs old the proxy access will be switch off and the child should be given their own access which should be applied for using the over 16yrs form.
Proxy Access form to be completed by both parent and Child, and both must present with completed form and ID.

Over 16yrs old
Own access unless patient lack capacity as determined by the GP.
All patients over the age of 16yr should complete the forms that can be found here to request access to online services.
